On May 9, Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University celebrated Europe Day in Ukraine at the former Residence of the Metropolitans of Bukovyna and Dalmatia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Europe Day, celebrated annually on May 9, celebrates peace and unity in Europe. In accordance with the decree of the President of Ukraine, a unique event, the European Flashmob, was held during which the largest picture of the European Union flag was created, reflecting our commitment to European ideals and values.
