As part of the project “Integrating European Values into Ukrainian Education, Science and Sport” (EVUESS), another working meeting of the project team members took place.

The aim of the project is to promote the formation of a value space based on the principles of democracy, human dignity, inclusion, respect for human rights, and intercultural dialogue.

Project coordinator, Associate Professor Yaroslav Galan, presented the updated plan for the Summer School, its key objectives, topics, and participant profiles.

The Summer School will become a space for knowledge exchange, search for solutions, and active involvement of young people, scientists, and educators in the process of integrating European values.

Members of the project team – Professors Yuriy Moseychuk, Yaroslav Zoriy, and Yan Kapranov – actively joined the discussion and presented their vision of the format of events and thematic areas.

The educational component of the Summer School includes:

• a series of interactive lectures, master classes, and panel discussions;
• the involvement of leading experts from Ukraine and EU countries;
• discussions on modern mechanisms for implementing European standards in domestic practice.

The research phase will include:

• conducting surveys of target groups on their attitudes towards the integration of European values into education, science, and sports;
• preparing a series of scientific and popular science articles;
• analyzing best practices in education, science, and sports at the European level.

The summer school will provide participants with a unique opportunity to deepen their knowledge of European values and master modern approaches to their integration into education, science, and sports.

Thanks to the interdisciplinary format of the training, participants will be able to develop the practical skills necessary to implement European standards in their professional communities.
